Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, the late pioneer of Afrobeat has been inducted into the 2022 Black Music and Entertainment Walk of Fame: a ceremony organized to honour African Americans with a monument for his or her achievements in leisure.
Other inductees embrace Smokey Robison, Berry Gordy, Cicely Tyson, Ray Charles, Tyler Perry, Yolanda Adams, Lionel Richie and others.
It is noteworthy that the Black Music and Entertainment Walk of Fame started in January 2021, and it’s positioned in Atlanta, Georgia.
