A Nigerian man recognized as Okoye Cardinal, has narrated how he turned down the request of a teenage boy who needed to pay his bills.
Taking to Twitter, Cardinal stated he was sitting at an area restaurant having Ofe Akwu when a younger teenage boy arrived the restaurant in a clear purple Benz.
