Police recover N37m, 5 abandoned vehicles

Edo State Police Command has confirmed the restoration of some monies suspected to be carted away by robbers throughout Thursday’s theft assaults on some banks in Uromi, Esan North-East Local Government Area of the state.

The State Commissioner of Police within the state, Mr Phillip Ogbadu confirmed the experiences, noting that about N37 million and 5 vehicles suspected to have been utilized by the (*5*) have been recovered at a bush the place they have been abandoned.

He added that it was suspected that the robbers may need abandoned the monies and the vehicles on realising that some policemen have been on their path.
