Controversial political activist, Reno Omokri has mocked President Muhammadu Buhari for contacting Super Eagles gamers ahead of their match against Tunisia later immediately.
The President had contacted the team on Sunday morning and urged them to proceed to make Nigerians proud.
Reno Omokri had implied that being spoken to by the president portends defeat, citing Anthony Joshua’s loss as a living proof.
In his phrases;
“Oh oh! Why did NFF enable Buhari communicate with the Super Eagles gamers now! What is mistaken with NFF?
Have they forgotten what occurred after he spoke to Anthony Joshua? Or our Eagles within the final AFCON? Please we need to win. Who has Buhari spoken to they usually received?
Our boys have to be centered. They don’t want any distraction. This nonsense should not repeat itself! If Buhari desires to name anyone, let him name Tinubu. Enough is sufficient! Akoba adaba Olorun ma je a ri”
