Popular political activist, Reno Omokri, has asserted that president Muhammadu Buhari’s trip to Zamfara State was canceled due to the bandits‘ recent barbaric actions.
The president’s go to to Zamfara State, which was scheduled for Thursday, has been postponed until subsequent week.
The Zamfara State Governor Bello Matawalle had acknowledged that, the flight was canceled owing to inclement climate.
The President was supposed to come to Zamfara from Sokoto State, the place he had signed off on a variety of state-funded tasks.
Reacting to this, Omokri acknowledged that the president had canceled his go to as a result of, in accordance to him, “bandits in Zamfara have Surface-to-Air Missiles.”
In his phrases;
“the report that General Buhari cancelled his trip to Zamfara due to dangerous climate is fake.
“Buhari cancelled the trip as a result of bandits in Zamfara have Surface-to Air-Missiles. Remember that on Sunday, July 18, 2021, they shot down an airforce jet in Zamfara!
“Buhari is now a sufferer of the kid-glove therapy he has been meting on bandits and herdsmen as a result of they share ethnicity and faith with him.
“Compare the soft touch he gives them to the iron fist treatment he unleashed on IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu and Sunday Igboho.”
