Off-duty security officer smashes LASTMA official who stopped him for driving on BRT lane (video)

A video presently making the rounds on social media captures the second a security personnel was caught punching a Lagos State Traffic Management Authority officer (LASTMA).

The security operative’s car was seized by a LASTMA officer for driving within the BRT lane whereas donning a mufti.

When the LASTMA officer had tried to manoeuvre his car to LASTMA workplace, the security operative, who was apparently aggravated fought again, delivering sequence of punches to the LASTMA officers face.

In the video shared on-line, the security operative, who is claimed to be a police officer, is seen mercilessly beating the LASTMA official and making an attempt to handcuff him.
